Duel Meets- 4:00pm Start

• 2015: Girls followed by boys, expect when heats are combined (1600 & 3200)
• ODD YEARS= Girls First
• EVEN YEARS= Boys First

Scoring 

1st Place: 5 Points

2nd Place: 3 Points

3rd Place: 1 Point

Team with the Highest TRACK (Running) & FIELD (Throwing/Jumping) (Boys & Girls Separate) combined score wins the meet. In a Duel Meet you can win against one team, but loose against another.

We have a total of 4 Duel Meets this season, 3 at Demuro & 1 at Foly Field.
